We have implemented the following policies to improve our quality of service and the buying process altogether.

  

  After you have submitted the order and paid for it, it usually takes 2-3 business days to prepare the items for shipping. Large orders may take longer.

 

  If you need an urgent order, please contact us under the “Contact” tab here on our site! We will inform you if the items you need to order are available for urgent shipping or not. Please be sure to refer back to the site to see the estimated shipping time.

  

  If the order is delayed due to special reasons such as COVID-19, we will help you to contact the courier, but Rated R Beauty can NOT bear the responsibility of unforseen shipping delays due to the worldwide pandemic.

 

 

· If you find that you have received the wrong color, size or quantity, quality problems of goods, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof of defects of each item.   We will verify your order as soon as possible, refund the problem goods. Rated R Beauty will decide whether to give additional compensation! ( Rated R Beauty has the ownership to review the items!)

Rated R Beauty will NOT bear the corresponding shipping costs.

 

· Please note: We cannot ship to a PO BOX address. Please send us the correct and acceptable address to ensure the package delivery is successful.

 

· If our staff mistakenly sends your goods to the incorrect address, we assume all responsibility. Rated R Beauty may choose to resend goods to you, compensate you, or refund your costs.
